1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Zendigo ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Excellent Mirror, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Patner mobile application (Package Name: com.excellentmirror.zendigo.patner), which serves as the dedicated Service Partner portal for managing bookings, receiving service requests, communicating with customers, and growing your independent service business.

By installing, accessing, or using the Patner application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our services.

2. Information We Collect

In accordance with the Google Play Developer User Data Policy, we only collect personal and sensitive user data necessary to provide and improve the Patner portal and its service-delivery features.

Location & Working-Area Notice

Patner accesses your device's location and working-area address to match you with nearby customers requesting services in your area. Your working area is displayed on your public partner profile so customers can discover you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Matching you with nearby customers, delivering job notifications, and updating booking status in real-time.
  • Account Management: Authenticating your sign-in securely using Firebase Authentication.
  • Communication: Sending new booking alerts, customer chat messages, and responding to support tickets.
  • Profile & Discovery: Showing your service offerings, working area, portfolio, and ratings on your public partner profile.
  • Security & Legal Compliance: Preventing unauthorized access, fraudulent activities, and complying with regulatory obligations.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosures

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share user data only under the following limited circumstances:

A. Customers

When a customer books your service, they can see your partner profile (name, services, working area, rating, portfolio). Your contact details (phone number) are shared with the assigned customer so they can coordinate the job.

B. Service Providers & Cloud Infrastructure

We rely on trusted cloud service providers that adhere to high security standards:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: Used for secure authentication, database hosting (Firestore), storage, and push notifications (FCM). View Google Privacy Policy.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zendigo, our users, or the public.

5. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

In accordance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy, service partners have the right to request the full deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

Requesting Account Deletion

You can request account and data deletion at any time without reinstalling the application:

  1. In-App Request: Navigate to Profile Settings > Delete Account within the Patner app and confirm deletion.
  2. Web/Email Request: Submit an account deletion request directly to our privacy officer via email at privacy@zendigo.com with your registered phone number.

Upon request confirmation, your account, personal details, uploaded portfolio media, and profile records will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 calendar days. Non-personal aggregated analytics or financial logs retained for legal tax auditing will be anonymized.

6. Data Security & Storage

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard your personal information:

  • Data Encryption: All data transmitted between the app and servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL).
  • Access Controls: Database rules restrict data access strictly to authorized users and admin personnel.
  • Secure Storage: Cloud assets and user credentials are stored in Google Cloud Firebase with enterprise-grade protection.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill service requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable statutory legal obligations. Completed-job records and earnings history are retained for tax and accounting compliance.

8. Children's Privacy

The Patner portal is intended for professional service providers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will immediately delete such information from our records.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access & Export: Request a copy of your personal data held by Zendigo.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate profile details directly in the app.
  • Withdraw Consent: Revoke app permissions (Location, Camera, Push Notifications) via device settings at any time.
  • Object/Restrict: Request restriction of specific data processing activities.
